Household Fuel and Lighting Order 1918.
Horsham Urban Local Fuel & Lighting Committee give notice that the necessary forms for the rationing of fuel & Light within the Urban District of Horsham are available are now available and the public are requested to obtain such forms at the offices of the Coal Merchants with whom they intend to register. Consumers requiring not more than 1 cwt of coal per week are only required to place their names with their supplier.
