No. 2250 of the ancient order of Foresters’ Grand Fete

This very-extensive Branch of the above Order, numbering nearly 450 members will hold their 34th Anniversary at Horsham, on Tuesday July 12th 1881.
At 11.30, a Procession will be formed by members of the Court, headed by the Horsham Town Band and the Juvenile Branch of the same Order, numbering over 240 members, headed by the Horsham Piccolo Band and will parade the principal parts of the Town and then proceed (by kind permission of A Agate, Esq) to the Springfield Meadow, where a hot dinner will be provided in a spacious Tent on Table at 1.30.
Sir H Fletcher, Bart, MP has kindly consented to take the chair, after which a variety of rural sports. Tea will be provided in a Tent on the Ground at 5 o’clock at 9d each.
Tickets for the Dinner 2s 6d each may be obtained of Host Bro. Young at the Court House, or of the Secretaries. Juvenile Members under 12 years of age 1s each, over 12 years 2s each.
A large ring will be provided for dancing.
Refreshments and every accommodation will be provided by Host Bro Young at the Crown Inn.
