Slaugham Park, to be sold by auction by Mr J Bennett, by order of the Proprietor, on the premises at Slaugham Park on Thursday August 22nd 1844, The Crops now standing and growing on the premises, 5 acres of clover, 2 acres of oats, 200 bushels of choice apples and pears about ½ acre of potatoes and other vegetables in the Garden.

The Fixtures in Slaugham Park House, Stables, Coach House etc. comprise handsome chimney pieces of statuary marble, register stoves in the entrance hall, drawing and dining rooms, a large kitchen range with oven and boilers, bath and other stoves, window blinds with rolls, and mahogany skirted water closet fittings complete, 3 dressers and mahogany and other tacks as fitted in frames, a large copper and 2 iron furnaces with the lids and grates, stone sink with lea flushing and waste pipe, smoke Jack, and many other useful articles.
The whole of the fixtures will be taken down previous to the day of sale, ready for immediate removal by the respective purchasers.
The purchasers of the crops will be allowed till the 28th day of September next for clearing of their respective Lots.
