Property in the Carfax, comprising two substantial brick built houses, in good repair with gardens principally walled in, a well of good water, wash house, stabling for 6 horses, with lofts and coach house in the several occupations of Miss Kidd and Mr C Hunt.

The above property is held for the unexpired term of 9944 years at the yearly rent of one penny. The purchaser will be entitled to the use of the well and pump near the premises in common with the owner thereof and also is entitled to the use of the road belonging to the said premises in common with the proprietor, the same respectively to be kept in repair at their joint expense.
