Lot 1; A freehold estate, situate in the delightful Village of Warnham, within two miles of the town of Horsham, contiguous with the Turnpike Road from Horsham to London, and comprises three substantially built messuages or tenements, butcher’s shop, slaughterhouse stable, large gardens and appurtenances. Two tenements with the Butcher’s shop, slaughter house and stable are in the occupation of Mr James Short and his under tenant; and the other tenement, including a shop in the occupation of Mr Henry Stanford, Grocer.
Lot 2; A Substantial brick built messuage or Dwelling House at Horsham, recently erected under the immediate superintendence of a surveyor, known as High Seat, situate in the direct road to London, now in the occupation of the proprietor together with all the conveniently arranged premises, large garden and site of valuable Building Ground, adjoining , possessing a frontage of 43 feet.
