Particulars of Sale of all that desirable, compact, and old established leasehold estate called The Lamb Inn, at Horsham, to be sold by auction by Piggott and Son, on the Premises, on Saturday 8th March, 1817 at two o’clock, (unless an acceptable offer is previously made by Private Contract of which notice will be given).
Comprising a substantial Dwelling House fronting the road leading from Horsham to London, 3 Parlours, a Bar Room, 7 bedrooms and Kitchen, Wash house and Brew house; adjoining a Tap room with Soldiers Bed rooms, cellaring, together with 3 large stables capable of containing 30 horses; 2 large coach houses and other convenient outbuildings, spring of water, large yard, a good garden planted with fruit trees and surrounded by a pale fence, now in the occupation of Mr Thomas Luxford, Tenant at Will who is under Notice to quit the 16th July next.
