To be sold by auction by Plumer and Son, on Wednesday 20th April 1825 at five o’clock in the afternoon, at the Black Horse Inn, Horsham, two freehold dwelling houses in West Street with frontage of 66 ft. In the occupation of Mr S Tully.
Which comprises. kitchen and shop n front, a parlour, wash and wood houses and four bed chambers. The other in the occupation of Mr W. Uwins which consists of Kitchen and shop in front, wash-house, pantry, four bedchambers, detached wood-house and garden with a well of excellent water.
The respective tenants will shew the premises who have notice to quit at Midsummer next. The land tax is redeemed.
