ELECTION OF LOCAL BOARD FOR THE DISTRICT OF HORSHAM
I the undersigned, being the Returning Officer for the purposes of the Election of the above-named Local Board, do hereby Certify, That the Election of the Members of the said Local Board has been conducted in conformity with the Provisions of the Public Health Act, 1875, (38 & 39 Victoria, c. 55), and that the Entries contained in the Schedule hereunder written are true.
