Horsham Urban Council Election, March 29th, 1915.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Having been nominated as a Candidate for the Horsham District Council, may I ask for your support and interest at the coming Election, on Monday, March 29th.
For a number of years I gave been connected with the Town and therefore gained some knowledge of its general requirements. I have had considerable experience in Parochial affairs and was, also, a Guardian for Hambledon Union, during which period I served on the Committee of Two important Drainage Schemes; from this it will be seen that I am not coming forward unacquainted with the work.
Being interested in a Firm who are very large Ratepayers, I should, if elected, endeavour to keep the Rates as low as possible, without sacrificing efficiency, or the general advancement and well-being of our Town.

Yours faithfully,
19 & 20 Market Square,
And 31, Carfax, Horsham.
